Hose loading arm SGA

Hose loading arm SGA

Hose loading arm SGA

Improper handling of the hose is not possible
  • Adherence to the bending radius thanks to variable limit stops (no bends)
  • No impermissible load on the hose line
  • No torsional load on the hose line
  • No mechanical stress on the hose cover (abrasion)
  • It is not possible to drive over the hose line
  • No swivel joints or ball swivel joints, i.e. no dynamic seals

→ This significantly reduces maintenance costs (determined solely by the hose)
→ it also increases the service life

The level of physical stress to which employees are exposed is reduced

  • Accepts hose weight and fittings
  • Adjustable lifting device for weight counterbalancing
  • Reduced risk of leaks

Customer-specific special solutions

  • Adjustment of the SGA to the respective loading situation
  • Project planning and implementation in close consultation with the customer
  • Delivery of the complete loading system all the way to commissioning with the customer

Function

  • Variable design consisting of individual frame segments
  • Frame segments are connected to one another by maintenance-free swivel joints that are free to rotate
  • Limit stops in the joints can be set to every hose bending radius
  • Suitable for all hose types
  • Multiple hoses are possible for each SGA hose loading arm (e.g. product, gas displacement, operating fluids)
  • Hoses can be attached using various clamping systems
  • All types of fittings can be integrated (e.g. dry disconnect coupling, breakaway coupling, ball valve)
  • Designed for single-operator manual control
  • Flexible connection between plant and loading area
  • Safe positioning of the hose loading arm SGA in a parking position (outside the loading area)
  • Definable loading window

Fields of application

The hose loading arm SGA is used wherever fluids (liquids and gases) need to be loaded by means of a hose line running between a stationary plant and a mobile unit.
The hose loading arm SGA can be used, for example, in the following loading areas for top and bottom loading:

Connecting joints

  • Bolt connection with bushings made of maintenance-free composite plastic

Heading section variants

  • Hose support
  • Support for fittings
  • Lifting device
The lifting device is equipped with adjustable pneumatic springs. This allows you to:
  • Move extremely heavy fittings with low effort in the vertical plane
  • Bridge large differences in height (e.g. premises for top loading rail tank wagons)

Plant connection

  • Base plate
  • Vertical column
Horizontal orientation
  • Horizontal
  • with a slope to ensure that the hose can be drained (to the plant or to the mobile unit)

Hose types

  • Suitable for all hose types

Limit stops in the flexible joints

  • Variable. Adapted to the bending radius of the hose

Hose attachment

  • Various clamping systems (depending on the type and number of hoses)
  • Adjustable and detachable clamping systems are attached to the frame segments

Number of hoses

  • Multiple hoses for each hose loading arm SGA (e.g. product line/gas displacement/operating fluids)

Fittings

  • All fittings can be integrated (including existing ones)
  • Dry disconnect coupling
  • Breakaway coupling
  • Ball valve
  • etc.

Loading window

  • The loading window can be freely defined in the horizontal and vertical planes.
  • The SGA can be adapted to this loading window

Loading type

  • Top loading
  • Bottom loading
