Bars consist of shock-absorbing rubber strips covered in UHMWPE polyethylene with a slip coefficient of 0.1. They are provided with aluminium T profile for mounting. The T-profile is pre-vulcanized into the bar. Impact bars facilitate the movement of the conveyor belts. They act as impact rollers but their advantage lies in easier replacement and a very high friction coefficient. Owing to the damping bars at the point of loading and at the units of transition from one conveyor to another, most of energy of the falling load is damped by the shock absorbers, which ensures the equipment preservation. The distance between the belt and the damping bar should be 10-20 mm when the belt is unloaded. Operating temperature range: up to 75 ºÐ¡.
