TME/SF3000 tanker hose S&D
Application: Compact suction and delivery hose for filling and discharging tanks, petrol tankers and ships with unleaded fuels (EN28:2004) with oxygen content limited according to EEC85/536 and with an aromatic content of components 50% max. Suitable for industrial oils, diesel oils (EN590:2004), fuel oils (DIN51603 parts 1-5) and mineral oil-based hydraulic oils.
Standard/approval: EN ISO7840:2004 A2.
Notice: Approved by Lloyd ́s Register of Shipping as marine exhaust hose and fuel hose.
Temperature range: -30°C / +90°C.
Safety factor: 3 : 1
Tube: NBR, black, smooth, electrically conductive.
Reinforcement: Textile braided (ID>2", wrapped), 2 crossed copper wires, zinc plated steel wire helix.
Cover: SBR/CR, black, abrasion and weather resistant, cloth impression.
Marking: Continuous inktransfer tape, blue: "SEMPERIT S TME/SF 3000 Mineralöl/Oil SD PN10bar, ISO7840:A2 Lloyd’s Register year".
