VOLUMETRIC ROTATIVE VANE PUMP Series 1052

The Silea self priming, positive displacement, rotary vane pump is used for the fluid transfer. It has mechanical seals and an adjustable internal by-pass valve. The series 1052 Pump line represents the optimal solution for diesel, fuel oil, gasoline, jet fuel and many solvents like esters, naphtha, aromatics and many other liquid/solvent.

Components (standard configuration for fuels)

* Body, head and cover: ductile iron

* Rotor: ductile iron

* Shaft: high resistance carbon steel (stainess steel on solvents)

* Vanes: in syntetic material

* By-pass valve

* Mechanical seals: viton or teflon

* Ball bearings

* Left version: upon request

* FKM Seals (Viton™) 

The Silea Pump has a high suction lift and is possible to adjust with internal by-pass that discharge pressure in order to prevent pressure shock and protect the downstream instrumentation.
