Rectangular boards from high-quality wear-resistant rubber. Developed especially in the form of module blocks for easy and quick replacement of worn protection elements of hoppers and dump truck bodies. For quick and reliable mounting of elements to the surface to be protected, plates may be provided with a metal base. PP shock-absorbing boards are made from high-quality wear-resistant rubber and belong to the class of materials developed especially for mines and ore-dressing sector. Due to a high degree of wear resistance, they have a long service life, which ensures high performance, wear protection of production systems, and saving of time and maintenance costs. Simple in mounting and handling, they help greatly reduce the level of noise and vibration as compared to steel protective sheets. They are made of rubber which is resistant to water with any pH level and most oils in small concentrations, but should not be exposed to temperatures above 70 °С for a long time. The service life of a rubber coated dump truck body is multiplied by 8, and the cost of 1 new body and motor vehicle downtime for body repair exceeds the price of a protection set by ten times. Add to this a better preservation of axles, bearings and tyres thanks to the damping properties of rubber, and the use of shock-absorbing rubber boards will become an undeniable advantage.

We offer the following types of PP shock-absorbing boards:

• rubber plates without steel base;
• rubber plates with steel base; steel base thickness 5 mm for rubber thickness 30 to 80 mm; metal thickness 10 mm for rubber thickness over 100 mm;
• rubber plates with steel base with prepared openings for mounting;
• toothed profile rubber plates with steel base;
• large rubber plates with steel base, dimensions 1500 mm × 2000 mm.

PT shock-absorbing boards have the same characteristics as PP, but they are provided with aluminium T profile for reliable mounting. The T-profile is pre-vulcanized into the board. They are developed especially in the form of module blocks for easy and quick replacement of worn protection elements of hoppers and dump truck bodies. They are made from high-quality wear-resistant rubber and belong to the class of materials developed especially for mines and ore-dressing sector. Due to a high degree of wear resistance, they have a long service life, which ensures high performance, wear protection of production systems, and saving of time and maintenance costs.
